Elizabeth and Curtis always dreamed of having an intimate wedding day surrounded by their loved ones, including their dog, Bear. When first talking with Liz + Curtis, they emphasized how lowkey and laid back they were as a couple. Date nights consisted of local Mexican and insanely good tequila– a good bar, funky cocktails, and are always planning the next adventure. And that brings us here, celebrating a perfect evening celebrating the newlyweds at their beautiful backyard micro wedding.
They found the most perfect Airbnb located centrally for all of their guests and catered in a pizza truck to keep the party lowkey, all topped off with a golden hour ceremony and wine at a candle lit table for speeches. Obviously finishing the night with a champagne tower, passing the cutest hand held desserts, and jumping in the pool.
Keeping the kiddos involved was important to them as they planned their day. The vibes were retro, eclectic, whimsical, and just flat out fun. Lots of emphasis on florals and vintage pieces scattered about the venue’s back yard. The Foxcroft estate was an exemplary option for their nostalgic micro wedding with a splash.
